| Start Position : |
Sit on your chair with back and head straight. |

| Activity during Inhaling: | Raise your arms sideways to shoulder levels. | ||||||
| Activity during Exhaling : | Exhale when forming fists with your hands. | ||||||
| Activity during Inhaling : Activity during Exhaling : |
While
inhaling at this stage push your arms backward so as to create a light squeezing of the
shoulder blade and shoulder muscle. Exhale as you bring your arms back to start position. You need not lift the shoulder but keep them at the same level as to start position. 4 times |

Shoulder Blade Exercise II |
| Start Position :
|
During the start position keep your arms outstretched with the
palms in such a way that the finger tips pointing to the ceiling. During exhalation keeping the same position slowly lower your arms keeping the shoulder blades squeezed firmly together until the arms are at the sides of your body. While reaching this position of the arms at the sides of the body shoulder squeezing will automatically release. 3 times
